① Built-for-sale detached housing segment

  • ncrease domestic market share through the strategic addition of sales offices and M&A
    -Accelerate openings of sales offices in each region, including areas which have not yet been covered by our sales offices, aiming to increase the number of houses sold
  • Continuously improve profitability by cost reduction and productivity improvement
    -Improve productivity through cost reduction and IT utilization, etc.

② Custom-built housing segment

  • Promote a hybrid strategy of custom-built and built-for-sale housing
    -Make it possible to approach more potential customers by expanding business portfolio through supporting the launch of built-for-sale housing segment in addition to standardized custom-built housing and single-story houses
  • Improve profitability and grow business through reviewing the manufacturing cost structures
    -Reduce cost through standardization and review of construction processes and materials, etc.

③ Other businesses

  • Strengthen overseas business
    -Expansion of development areas in Australia and business development centered on Texas, USA
  • Invest strategically in new domestic businesses
    -Promote new businesses in the real estate fields such as income-producing real estate, apartment buildings, steady revenue business, etc.

④ Strengthening of Management Foundation

  • Strengthening human resource recruitment and hiring and nurturing of core personnel (Hybrid recruitment of new graduates and mid-career employees, training and recruitment of next-generation management team, promotion of women's empowerment, etc.)
  • Work style reform and productivity improvement, promotion of DE&I (Optimizing working time management, promoting DX, supporting childcare and nursing care, hiring foreigners and people with disabilities, etc.)
