Basic Policy on Eliminating Antisocial Forces

KI-STAR REAL ESTATE CO., LTD ( KI-STAR REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. Hereinafter referred to as "the Group") is committed to the elimination of antisocial forces from its business activities. KI-STAR REAL ESTATE CO., LTD Group (the "Group") strongly recognizes that it is a social responsibility of the Group, which has a mission to contribute to local communities and society through housing development, to actively promote efforts to eliminate relationships with antisocial forces, which is an important issue for the sound development of the housing industry. Based on the "Guidelines for the Prevention of Damage Caused by Antisocial Forces" formulated by the Japanese government and prefectural "Ordinances for the Elimination of Boryokudan", we have established the following basic policy to further ensure fair and appropriate compliance management throughout the entire company.

  • 1 Based on its corporate social responsibility, the Group shall not have any relationship with antisocial forces, and shall make company-wide efforts to eliminate antisocial forces.
  • 2 The Group shall never engage in backroom deals or provide funds to antisocial forces for any reason whatsoever.
  • 3 The Group shall take legal action, both civil and criminal, against any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, and shall never accept any such demands, regardless of the reason.
  • 4 The Group shall give top priority to the safety of officers and employees involved in dealing with antisocial forces, and shall take a firm company-wide stance in dealing with such forces.
  • 5 The Group shall cooperate closely with the police, lawyers, and other outside professional organizations, and shall endeavor to cooperate with measures implemented by the government and local governments to eliminate organized crime groups.
