Our Approach to Customer Service and Quality

For us, the satisfaction of our customers who purchase our houses is one of the most important things as we aim to make everyone involved in our business happy, comfortable, and prosperous. We believe that customer satisfaction is achieved through "customer support system" and "product quality.
In some parts of the housing industry, it is still common practice to "just sell low-quality products," or "sell the product and that's it, no further support after that. We believe we can change this industry practice. We are determined to achieve customer satisfaction by establishing a system that provides "full customer support" and "high-quality, low-cost design housing.

Integrated System of In-House Responsibility

A home is a stage of life and a place where family happiness is nurtured. It is also an important asset. We believe that building a home is a way to support our customers in creating their lives, and we are committed to an "integrated in-house responsibility system" in order to practice "peace of mind after buying and living in a home. In addition to the home-building process, which includes site acquisition and development, planning, construction, and sales, we also provide after-sales service, remodeling, and purchase of homes. This system is used in all of our housing brands.

This enables us to take full responsibility for communication with customers, progress, and quality management until the very end, enabling us to respond quickly and meticulously. The "integrated system of in-house responsibility" is our advantage that makes us a "Made in KI-STAR REAL ESTATE CO., LTD.".

After-sales service and contact information

To ensure that customers can live with "peace of mind after buying and living in a home," We have adopted a warranty (conditional long-term warranty) system for up to 30 years, along with an inspection service. Safe and Reliable Products and Inspection System

In order to construct safe and secure products (properties), We have established our own inspection system (third-party periodic inspections) in addition to administrative statutory inspections*1 and defect insurance inspections*2.
1 Inspections specified by the specified administrative agency (governor or mayor) or the chief building official.
2 On-site inspections (of the foundation and building structure) to confirm compliance with design and construction standards for the purpose of obtaining liability insurance.
